1. 本規約は、ユーザーと提供者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
2. 提供者が本アプリ上で掲載する個別の注意事項やガイドラインも、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。
3. 事業者情報については、 特定商取引法に基づく表示 をご参照ください。

1. These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between the User and the Provider regarding the use of the App.
2. Any guidelines, notices, or supplemental terms posted within the App shall form part of these Terms.
3. For business entity information, please refer to the Seller Information page.

1. 本アプリは、複数人でタスク・買い物リスト・予定を共有・管理するためのアプリケーションです。
2. 本アプリを利用するにはアカウント登録が必要です。メールアドレス/パスワード、Google アカウント、または Apple ID を使用して登録できます。
3. 本アプリはグループ単位でデータを管理し、同一グループのメンバー間でデータがリアルタイムに同期されます。

1. The App is designed for sharing and managing tasks, shopping lists, and schedules among multiple people.
2. Account registration is required to use the App. You may register using email/password, a Google account, or an Apple ID.
3. The App manages data on a group basis, with data synchronized in real-time among members of the same group.

1. ユーザーは、本アプリのアカウント登録時に正確な情報を提供するものとします。
2. ユーザーは、自己の責任においてアカウント情報を管理し、第三者に利用させてはなりません。
3. アカウント情報の管理不十分、第三者による使用等による損害の責任はユーザーが負うものとします。
4. ユーザーは、アプリ内の設定画面からアカウントを削除することができます。アカウント削除時、当該ユーザーに関連するデータは削除されます。

1. Users shall provide accurate information when registering an account for the App.
2. Users shall manage their account information at their own responsibility and shall not allow third parties to use their account.
3. Users bear responsibility for any damages arising from insufficient management of account information or use by third parties.
4. Users may delete their account from the settings screen within the App. Upon account deletion, data associated with the user will be deleted.

1. 本アプリでは、招待コードを用いてグループにメンバーを招待できます。
2. グループ内で共有されたデータ（タスク、カテゴリ等）は、同一グループの全メンバーが閲覧・編集できます。
3. ユーザーは、グループ内で共有するデータの内容に責任を持ち、他のメンバーのプライバシーや権利を尊重するものとします。
4. グループからの退出時、当該ユーザーが作成したデータの取り扱いは提供者の裁量によるものとします。

1. The App allows users to invite members to a group using an invite code.
2. Data shared within a group (tasks, categories, etc.) is viewable and editable by all members of the same group.
3. Users are responsible for the content of data shared within a group and shall respect the privacy and rights of other members.
4. The handling of data created by a user who leaves a group is at the Provider's discretion.

1. 未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、法定代理人（親権者等）の同意を得た上でご利用ください。
2. 未成年者が本アプリを利用した場合、法定代理人の同意を得たものとみなします。
3. 未成年者が、法定代理人の同意がないにもかかわらず同意があると偽った場合、または年齢について成年と偽った場合には、本アプリに関する一切の法律行為を取り消すことはできません。

1. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian (parent, etc.) before using the App.
2. If a minor uses the App, it shall be deemed that the consent of a legal guardian has been obtained.
3. If a minor falsely represents that they have obtained legal guardian consent or misrepresents their age as being of legal age, they may not rescind any legal acts related to the App.

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3. 提供者または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
4. 本アプリのサーバーまたはネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
5. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
6. 本アプリの改ざん、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル等の行為
7. 不正アクセスをする行為、またはこれを試みる行為
8. 他のユーザーの情報を不正に収集する行為
9. 他のユーザーになりすます行為
10. 本アプリを商業目的で利用する行為（提供者が許可した場合を除く）
11. その他、提供者が不適切と判断する行為

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities in connection with the App:

1. Acts that violate applicable laws, regulations, or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal activity
3. Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Provider or third parties
4. Acts that place an excessive load on the App's servers or network
5. Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
6. Tampering with, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
7. Unauthorized access to the App or its systems, or attempts thereof
8. Unauthorized collection of other users' information
9. Impersonating other users
10. Using the App for commercial purposes (unless permitted by the Provider)
11. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Provider

1. 本アプリでは、一部の機能を有料のプレミアム機能として提供しています。
2. プレミアム機能の利用には、App Store または Google Play を通じた購入が必要です。
3. サブスクリプション（定期購読）は、解約手続きを行わない限り自動的に更新されます。
4. サブスクリプションの解約は、ご利用の端末の設定から行うことができます。
   • iOS : 設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション
   • Android : Google Play ストア → メニュー → 定期購入
5. サブスクリプションを解約する場合、次の更新日の24時間前までに解約手続きを完了してください。
6. プレミアム機能はグループ単位で適用され、グループ内の全メンバーが利用できます。

1. The App offers certain features as paid Premium features.
2. Purchase of Premium features requires payment through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancellation procedures are completed.
4. Subscriptions can be cancelled through your device settings:
   • iOS : Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
   • Android : Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
5. To cancel a subscription, please complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
6. Premium features are applied on a group basis and are available to all members within the group.

1. 提供者は、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了できるものとします。
2. 提供者は、以下の場合にサービスを中断することがあります。
   • サーバーやネットワーク等の保守・更新を行う場合
   • 地震、洪水、火災、停電等の不可抗力により提供が困難な場合
   • その他、提供者がサービスの中断が必要と判断した場合
3. 提供者は、サービスの変更・中断・終了によりユーザーに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

1. The Provider may change, interrupt, or terminate the App without prior notice to Users.
2. The Provider may interrupt the service in the following cases:
   • When performing maintenance or updates on servers, networks, etc.
   • When provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, floods, fires, or power outages
   • When the Provider deems interruption of service necessary for other reasons
3. The Provider shall bear no liability for any damages to Users arising from changes, interruptions, or termination of the service.

1. 提供者は、ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合、事前通知なく利用制限またはアカウントの登録抹消を行うことができます。
   • 本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合
   • 登録情報に虚偽があることが判明した場合
   • その他、提供者が本アプリの利用を適当でないと判断した場合
2. 提供者は、利用制限・登録抹消によりユーザーに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

1. The Provider may restrict usage or delete a User's account without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following:
   • Violation of any provision of these Terms
   • Discovery that registration information is false
   • Any other case where the Provider deems continued use of the App inappropriate
2. The Provider shall bear no liability for any damages to Users arising from usage restrictions or account deletion.

1. 提供者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定目的への適合性、セキュリティ上の欠陥、エラー、バグ、権利侵害等を含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。
2. 提供者は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、提供者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
3. 本アプリは「現状有姿（as is）」で提供されるものとし、ユーザーは自己の責任においてこれを利用するものとします。
4. 通知機能やデータ同期の遅延・不具合により生じた損害について、提供者は一切の責任を負いません。
5. ユーザー間のトラブルについて、提供者は一切の責任を負いません。

1. The Provider makes no express or implied warranty that the App is free from defects, whether factual or legal (including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
2. The Provider shall bear no liability for any damages to Users arising from the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Provider.
3. The App is provided "as is," and Users use it at their own risk.
4. The Provider shall bear no liability for damages arising from delays or malfunctions in notification features or data synchronization.
5. The Provider shall bear no liability for disputes between Users.

1. 本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
2. ユーザーは、本アプリのコンテンツを無断で複製、転用、販売、出版等してはなりません。
3. ユーザーが本アプリに入力・登録したデータの著作権は、当該ユーザーに帰属します。

1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Provider or their rightful owners.
2. Users shall not reproduce, repurpose, sell, publish, or otherwise use the App's content without authorization.
3. Copyrights of data entered or registered by Users in the App belong to the respective Users.

1. 提供者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができます。
2. 変更後の規約は、本アプリ内またはWebページ上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
3. 変更後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. The Provider may change these Terms without notice to Users when deemed necessary.
2. Revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted within the App or on the web page.
3. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定める プライバシーポリシー に従うものとします。

The handling of personal information in the App is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy .

1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
2. 本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's place of business as the court of first instance.
